scott mitchell Scott Mitchell – Chief Executive Officer

Scott has spent over two decades starting and building high growth companies that specialized in marketing, sales, e-commerce, and distribution. Having founded several small companies into multi-national public companies and enjoying over 20 years of innovation in his rewarding career, Scott is well suited to lead Organic Salon Systems through and beyond it’s next phase of growth and development.  Scott has Master Degrees in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management and Organizational Development from Benedictine University and Bachelor Degrees in Economics and Psychology from Illinois State University.

kristi mitchell Kristi Mitchell – President

Kristi Mitchell has served in a number of executive management positions throughout her career.  Having experience in both large and small scale operations, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Organic Salon Systems.  Having experience in building entrepreneurial ideas into multinational public companies, she has a strong eye for growth and corporate development and is in charge of personnel, organizational development, and corporate administration for the business.  Kristi is a lifelong animal lover, mother of three, and attended Eastern Illinois University and Capella University.

Fional O'Connel Fiona O’Connell – Chief Financial Officer and General Manager

A native or Ireland, Fiona has vast international business experience having served in critical roles in Australia. As Chief Financial Officer and General Manager for Organic Salon Systems, Fiona is in charge of Finance, Accounting, and day-to-day operations at the company. When she isn’t doing incredible and amazing things with Excel spreadsheets, and making sure the business is functioning like a smooth unstoppable machine, Fiona is enjoying time with her family.

Matthew Pinto Matthew Pinto – Technical Director

Matthew is the Technical Director for Organic Salon Systems, in this role he speaks with colorists from around the country who are looking for healthier, better performing alternatives to traditional ammoniated hair color. He has been a professional hair colorist for over 20 years and used Organic Color Systems for six years while operating his own salon in Massachusetts. Matthew says ” I was thrilled to discover Organic Color Systems and all of it’s benefits and feel privileged to be able to share that knowledge, along with all that I have learned along the way, with salon professionals from around North America.”  Matthew is a licensed cosmetologist with an incredible amount of highly concentrated experience and knowledge in color.

Troy Raszka Troy Raszka – Marketing Director

Troy is the Marketing Director for Organic Salon Systems, which involves branding the company with advertising, brochures, newsletters, posters, public relations, sales materials and web initiatives. He has an extensive background in advertising and marketing having worked for both ad agencies and in-house marketing departments. “I love the salon industry because everyone involved is an image-maker in some way,” Troy says, “And our amazing products help them do so in the most natural way possible, which is really exciting!”

Jenny Kingdon Jenny Kingdon – Customer Service Manager

Jenny is the Customer Service Manager for Organic Salon Systems. She is responsible for taking and processing orders, handling client requests and answering general questions about our range of products. Jenny has a background in customer service and the natural health industry having worked for a nutrient and supplement company committed to finding the purest supplements possible through using their own research and lab testing. “I love helping people and I really love this exciting industry”, Jenny says, “It’s great knowing our product is as natural as possible and achieves such professional results.”

Tina Carey Tina Carly – Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Tina is the Warehouse and Logistics Manager for Organic Salon Systems. Tina manages a small but highly productive team of employees that are focused on persistent accuracy, expediency, and client satisfaction. For Tina, expertly packing orders and getting them out on time is not only a best business practice, but also a matter of pride. “I enjoy my work family and my vendors,” Tina says, “Together we’re a fine tuned team!” When Tina is not working, she enjoys spending time with her wonderful family.

Carolina Daza Carolina Daza – Account Executive

In addition to providing our clients and prospects with product and promotional information, Carolina uses Organic Salon Systems products in her salon, Salon Zero of Safety Harbor, FL exclusively. “The whole concept for Salon Zero centers around Organic Color Systems. I’m proud to offer products and services that are more natural, and that frankly, consumers are starting to demand. Organic Color Systems has allowed me set myself apart as a colorist. I am so lucky to be able to share my experiences with other hairdressers that are thinking outside of the box.” In addition to being a salon owner, Carolina is an accomplished makeup artist, and photographer. She also has three dogs at home that range from 6 to 65 pounds – she likes to keep things interesting.

Grace Murphy Grace Murphy – education Manager

Grace is the Education Manager for Organic Salon Systems. She helps with the coordination and staging of Organic Color Systems classes and workshops. Grace also assists customers with technical support about our products. She graduated from the Aveda Institute and has worked as a stylist and salon manager, as well as being an Education Manager for Aveda. Grace has a positive attitude and really enjoys helping our customers. She says, “If the grass is greener on the other side, maybe that’s because you’re not taking good care of your grass.”  Grace is a licensed cosmetologist and active with charities like Matter of Trust.

Rachel Levinsky Rachel Levinsky – Account Manager

Rachel is a Customer Service Associate for Organic Salon Systems, which involves answering phones, taking orders, and answering general questions about our range of products. She graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. Rachel has experience in the salon/spa industry with her full specialist license in skincare and also her license for massage therapy. ” I love helping people and have a great passion for skin care and the industry as a whole. Its an atmosphere you can’t get anywhere else.” Rachel says, ” This product is really great and can make a salon stand out with their health conscience decision, not only for them but for their clients.”  Evidenced by both her remarkable skin and relaxed attitude, Rachel is a licensed esthetician and massage therapist.

Laura Kriener Laura Kriener – Account Manager

Laura is an Account Manager for Organic Salon Systems. She handles an array of salon accounts and keeps them updated on the latest promotions. She also does market research to aid in sales projects. Laura has previously worked in salons as a hairstylist and has a strong sales background. “I love working in this industry because it is forever evolving and there is always something new and interesting to learn.” Laura says, “I also love being hands-on. It makes the work day a lot more fun!”  Laura is a licensed cosmetologist and has been able to utilize her talents to achieve some remarkable results utilizing our products.

Will Mitchell Will Mitchell – Logistics Coordinator

Will can often be found pondering the contemporary issues posed by the unique political and economic issues of our time as he works with Tina on her Warehouse and Logistics team focused on efficiency, expediency, and accuracy.  Will has worked in technical and marketing support in a part-time capacity with several businesses in the past and he is currently pursuing his bachelors degree in Economics.  Will thinks that “coming to working and being part of such a fun and energetic team is something that I really enjoy doing and it gives me extra spending money for college!”
