Color Correction Over Multiple Visits
If a client comes to you for color correction, her hair is likely in poor condition and multiple treatments and chemical processes probably degraded your client’s hair health. While you are a beauty professional, its important to explain to the client that hair color correction takes multiple visits to the salon. Assure them that you will do your best to correct your clients haircolor in one treatment, but that may not happen.

With many clients you will be able to fix their hair in one visit or at least have your client’s hair looking significantly better than when they came in. If this happens you have exceeded your client’s expectations. If it isn’t possible, then at least your prepared your client for multiple salon visits.
