Scott has spent over two decades starting and building high growth companies that specialized in marketing, sales, e-commerce, and distribution. Having founded several small businesses, which he built into multi-national public companies, and enjoying over 20 years of innovation in his rewarding career, Scott is well suited to lead Organic Salon Systems through and beyond it’s next phase of growth and development.  Scott has Master Degrees in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management and Organizational Development from Benedictine University and Bachelor Degrees in Economics and Psychology from Illinois State University.

kristi mitchellKristi Mitchell – President
Kristi Mitchell has served in a number of executive management positions throughout her career.  Having experience in both large and small scale operations, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Organic Salon Systems.  Having experience in building entrepreneurial ideas into multinational public companies, she has a strong eye for growth and corporate development and is in charge of personnel, organizational development, and corporate administration for the business.  Kristi is a lifelong animal lover, mother of three, and attended Eastern Illinois University and Capella University.
Fiona O'ConnelFiona O’Connell – Chief Financial Officer and General Manager
A native or Ireland, Fiona has vast international business experience having served in critical roles in Australia. As Chief Financial Officer and General Manager for Organic Salon Systems, Fiona is in charge of Finance, Accounting, and day-to-day operations at the company. When she isn’t doing incredible and amazing things with Excel spreadsheets, and making sure the business is functioning like a smooth unstoppable machine, Fiona is enjoying time with her family.
Troy RaszkaTroy Raszka – Marketing Director
Troy is the Marketing Director for Organic Salon Systems, which involves branding the company with advertising, brochures, newsletters, posters, public relations, sales materials and web initiatives. He has an extensive background in advertising and marketing having worked for both ad agencies and in-house marketing departments. “I love the salon industry because everyone involved is an image-maker in some way,” Troy says, “And our amazing products help them do so in the most natural way possible, which is really exciting!”
Rebecca Gregory - Technical DirectorRebecca Gregory – Technical Director
Rebecca is our technical director, and comes to us with a colorful background as an advanced instructor and colorist with Aveda , as well as The Director of education and Mentor for Redken. She is a nationally Certified Colorist for Redken and continues to strive for additional awards and certifications in hair color as learning never ends! Her expertise in the beauty field brings a special touch to our education department in inspiring and expanding knowledge of color, organics and other tips for success in our industry.

Rebecca has a strong passion for educating and sharing experiences with stylists’ across the country. Her fun and fresh approach to teaching keeps classes exciting and interesting. She leads our training for our national certification classes and empowers stylists to enhance their skills. Her presentations are both informative, and effective, for learning color in a way that invokes thinking and refining our skills as professionals.

She holds many advanced national certifications with various reputable color companies, as well as a degree in advertising and marketing from a FL university.

Will MitchellWill Mitchell – Marketing Manager
Will can often be found pondering the contemporary issues posed by the unique political and economic issues of our time as he works with Troy on the Marketing team.  He is an entrepreneur and creative marketing consultant that has worked in technical and marketing support with several businesses in the past.
Jenny KingdonJenny Kingdon – Customer Service Manager
Jenny is the Customer Service Manager for Organic Salon Systems. She is responsible for taking and processing orders, handling client requests and answering general questions about our range of products. Jenny has a background in customer service and the natural health industry having worked for a nutrient and supplement company committed to finding the purest supplements possible through using their own research and lab testing. “I love helping people and I really love this exciting industry”, Jenny says, “It’s great knowing our product is as natural as possible and achieves such professional results.”
Tina CarlyTina Carly – Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Tina is the Warehouse and Logistics Manager for Organic Salon Systems. Tina manages a small but highly productive team of employees that are focused on persistent accuracy, expediency, and client satisfaction.

For Tina, expertly packing orders and getting them out on time is not only a best business practice, but also a matter of pride. “I enjoy my work family and my vendors,” Tina says, “Together we’re a fine tuned team!” When Tina is not working, she enjoys spending time with her wonderful family.

Laura KrienerLaura Kriener – Account Manager
Laura is an Account Manager for Organic Salon Systems. She handles an array of salon accounts and keeps them updated on the latest promotions. She also does market research to aid in sales projects. Laura has previously worked in salons as a hairstylist and has a strong sales background. “I love working in this industry because it is forever evolving and there is always something new and interesting to learn.” Laura says, “I also love being hands-on. It makes the work day a lot more fun!” Laura is a licensed cosmetologist and has been able to utilize her talents to achieve some remarkable results utilizing our products.
Ashley DavisAshley Davis – Salon Advisor
Ashley is a licensed professional in clinical skin care. She has practiced as an Esthetician in spas/salons and has also been an outside sales representative for an organic skin care line. She has now moved into the sales aspect of the beauty industry working with Organic Salon Systems. Ashley works in new account sales and really enjoys helping clients with the wonderful products that Organic Salon Systems has to offer. “I just love this industry”, Says Ashley, “It’s always exciting to be a part of such an ever changing environment, especially when I can be part of the development and launch of innovative new products!”
Silvia LagaresSilvia Lagares – Salon Advisor
Silvia is a Salon Advisor who specializes in keragreen sales and attends St. Petersburg College as she completes her Bachelor’s Degree in International Business. Silvia is from Sao Paulo, Brazil and speaks several languages fluently including Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Doing an incredible job of balancing work, study, and enjoying time with her son is among her most admired capabilities.
Ashley MooneyAshley Mooney – Social Media Manager
Ashley is the Social Media Manager at Organic Salon Systems, where she aids the Marketing Department with innovative internet marketing strategies across a variety of lucrative platforms. At a young age, she has a strong entrepreneurial spirit combined with previous advertising experience from both in-house and ad agency settings. She is also a recent graduate of Florida State University where she studied International Business, and Economics. When Ashley isn’t tweeting about organic products and upcoming marketing trends, she can be found leisurely reading and playing with her pet cat Jude.
Marina PanesisMarina Panesis – Account Manager
Marina was born & raised in Tarpon Springs, Florida with a strong Greek heritage. She attended Miami Art Institute achieving a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising. Marina has a strong interest in art, loves to travel and is interested to learn more about different cultures. “I like that our company promotes a healthier lifestyle for our clients & keeps the environment in mind as well”, says Marina, “The O’right Tree in a Bottle is such an amazing concept in conservation.”
Amanda RogersAmanda Rogers – Accounts Receivable Manager
Amanda is an Accounts Receivable Manager for Organic Salon Systems. She is responsible for processing orders, and maintaining accurate records on client accounts. She has a strong background in customer service and business management, as well as an associate of science degree in paralegal studies. As a practicing vegetarian and avid animal lover, Amanda loves working for a company that believes strongly in providing natural cruelty-free products to their clients. Says Amanda, “I feel proud of where I work knowing that the company ethos consists of the same values I believe in.”
Jennifer Andrews - Creative ConsultantJennifer Andrews – Creative Consultant & Tech Support
A talented hairdresser whose talent and devotion to the integration of health and beauty has driven her to become the creative color consultant and national educator for Organic Color Systems. Influenced by the many hairdressers she has trained with through her career such as Tabitha Coffey, Sue Pemberton, Chrystopher Benson, Damien Carney early in her career led her to have a strong foundation and passion for hairdressing. She loves encouraging, educating and motivating others to achieve their goals. Using music and fashion as guides, Jennifer interprets the trends and translates them into her own art. Continuing education also plays an important role for her as it allows her the creativity and freedom to continually reinvent herself.
Patricia TomaselliPatricia Tomaselli – Account Manager
Patricia got her start in the Professional Beauty Industry with WDG and Company an Aveda Distributor for several key states within the US. She has also worked with other brands including Goldwell, Scruples, American Crew and Mop. After a decade in the industry Patricia realized there was a need for cleaner and safer products for the salon professional which ultimately lead her to a position with Simply Organic. Patricia works for Organic Salon Systems as the “Simply Organic Specialist” and Account Manager. “I love that I am able to promote and educate stylists about the importance of a “choice”, when it comes to their personal and professional care products.” Says Patricia, “One that leaves out harmful ingredients or chemicals and promotes a healthier lifestyle without sacrificing their performance.”
Stephanie WieandStephanie Wieand – Technical Manager
Stephanie has been in the beauty industry for nine years and loves being helpful to others become more successful as salon professionals. She has a strong background in color and as a stylist has trained with Matrix, Chi, Paul Mitchell, Redken and Organic Color Systems. One of Stephanie’s biggest influences is her mentor Michael Cole, whom she holds in the highest esteem. Stephanie always strives to stay up to date with new trends and techniques in this ever changing profession.
