Organic Salon Systems education team is comprised of regional trainers with a wealth of professional salon experience. Many own and operate their own salons. They have all been certified to consult and provide in-salon training on the full range of Organic Salon Systems products. ![]() | Rebecca Gregory – Technical Director Rebecca comes to Organic Salon Systems with an extensive background in education having trained with both Aveda and Redken. Most recently as the Lead Floor Educator for the Aveda Institute in St. Petersburg Florida and prior to that the Director of Education for The Salon Professional Academy in Tampa Florida. Rebecca is also an experienced stylist/colorist who has worked in many salons. She loves being part of the inspirational and creative environment at Organic Salon Systems and has a “strong passion for the industry and the art of hairdressing.” |
![]() | Marcie Rehkemper – Technical Manager Marcie is the Technical Manager for Organic Salon Systems. She is responsible for assisting the customers with technical and salon support. She has enjoyed working in several different facets of the Beauty Industry. Beginning her career in California as a Licensed Cosmetologist in the early 90’s, she later moved to Florida working as a Hairstylist, Cosmetology Instructor, and most recently a Salon Manager/Owner of a successful franchise. Enjoying helping others, she is excited to share all of her practical and business experience with our clients. She says,” If you give a stylist a formula, they can color one client, teach a stylist the theory behind the formula, so they can color all of their clients.” Marcie is an avid baseball fan who loves spending time with her family. |
![]() | Grace Murphy – Technical Coordinator Grace is a Technical Coordinator for Organic Salon Systems. She helps assist customers with technical support about our products. She graduated from the Aveda Institute and has worked as a stylist and salon manager, as well as being an Education Manager for Aveda. Grace has a positive attitude and really enjoys helping our customers. She says, “If the grass is greener on the other side, maybe that’s because you’re not taking good care of your grass.” Grace is a licensed cosmetologist and active with charities like Matter of Trust. |
![]() | Lori Esposito – Creative Color Advisor Being in the beauty industry has been Lori’s passion for over 35 years. At an early age she would go to her father’s salon in New York City and came to appreciate and love the art of hairdressing. Lori honed her skills by working as a stylist, colorist and educator for some high profile international companies. “I really started to take it to the next level when I began working with Organic Color Systems 8 years ago.” Lori says, “Now owning my own salon and working in New York City I have found it really rewarding making my clients beautiful and educating other hairdressers about these fantastic natural products for Organic Salon Systems!” |
![]() | Patti Sinden – Canadian Technical Director Patti Sinden has been in the beauty industry for 14 years, for 10 of those years, she had an incredible opportunity to work with and be trained by high profile industry educators. Although Patti was very successful, she questioned why she was working in such a chemically laden environment that was making her ill. She knew she had to find a healthy alternative to traditional salon products or find another career. Patti strives to educate herself and use the very best, “cleanest” beauty products!. Her driving force in life is to leave a healthy Earth behind for her two beautiful daughters and to enjoy the freedom of feeling and looking fabulous without compromising our health or the health of our planet. ![]() | Robyn Atticks – Organic Salon Educator Robyn Atticks has been a professional hair stylist for over 18 years. Already living a healthy, organic lifestyle, she soon became aware of the many dangers in the beauty industry. As she continued her studies, she learned critical information on the detrimental affects of chemicals in most hair & skin products. Thus, in 2005 she decided to open the first organic salon in her area (Lancaster, PA) and began using Organic Color Systems. She also went on to formulate her own line of organic salon products named Shear Miracles. Robyn loves being an education ambassador, providing information salons about the harmful chemicals in their products to help them live a healthier lifestyle. Her mission is to convert as many toxic salons as possible to non-toxic salons. |

Prior to using Organic Salon systems products she was trained with Aveda and Vidal Sassoon. Aside from being a stylist and educator Vicki has done editorial, film and runway work. At present she works as the manager of a unique salon that is both a salon and tattoo studio, Perkins Rd. Parlor in Baton Rouge Louisiana. |

![]() | Jen Dunham – Organic Salon Educator Jen is the co-owner and a stylist at Absolute Transformations Salon in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. They are the first organic and vegan friendly salon in Oshkosh. Prior to her switch to organics Jen was a certified cosmetologist and color coach at an Aveda concept salon. Jen says of being an Organic Salon Educator, “I am excited to broaden the knowledge of of Organic Salon Systems to other salons in an informative, and fun way”. |
![]() | Cindy French – Organic Salon Educator For the past 25 years, Cindy French has been coloring and styling hair. Cindy made her mark on the industry by serving as the colorist to Matrix Int. Artistic Director, Vivienne Mackinder. From there She continued to excel with editorial, platform and runway as a portfolio artist for L’Oreal Professionnel. This job took Cindy to all the major fashion centers of the world where she worked with top models and photographers. At present she is the owner of Zen Zen Salon, Aventura Florida’s first and only organic hair salon. “It’s my desire to make a difference” Cindy say, “To offer the perfect balance of style, support, and safety”. |

In January 2011 Bijoux Salon opened in the famous Union Square District of San Francisco, California. After moving to Naples, Florida in 2004 and working with her husband to battle his cancer, she started her own organic salon Raw Hair by Melanie. As an American Board Certified hair colorist, educator and co-developer of her own product line Raw Hair Organics, Melanie is an authority on organic hair color and products. She has dedicated her career to creating a healthy non-toxic salon environment that inspires people globally to join this important movement! |

In a 20 year career she has worked as a stylist, colorist, esthetician and beauty industry entrepreneur. Suzanne has also been a Northeast Regional Rep for Artec and a color educator for Wella and Lanza. She has completed continuing education courses with Deva, Tigi, Redken, Lanza, Sebastion, Goldwell, L’Oreal and Paul Mitchell. “I love the different ways that you can approach color” Suzanne says, “and with the Organic range of products I am ready to help others take it to the next level!” |

At present she is the owner, operator and lead stylist at Studio Anne, Hair Salon in Frederick, Maryland. Anne trained at the Vidal Sassoon Academy and has a strong background in hair extensions. She is a fountain of knowledge on not only the evolution of all of the modern techniques, but also the business itself. That was the inspiration for Connie to open her own business Salon Libelle, in New Port Richey, Florida, where she works as a stylist and colorist while also handling the operations.
